VIRGINIA LORING,

President

Ms. Loring is the President of Pimara Paul Koehler, LLC, a Native American SRPMIC Community Member owned structural engineering company. The company is licensed to perform structural engineering services, including residential and commercial. Virginia supervises daily operations with special emphasis in the areas of marketing, contract negotiations, project liaison, lecturer, and finances. Virginia is an officer for the Salt River Business Owners Association and the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Arizona. In the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Pima Community, Ms. Loring served as a coordinator over the audit of Tribal Trust Funds and IIM accounts.

As a Realty Specialist for the Community Development Department, Ms. Loring has been involved with the development of many projects on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Reservation. With each project she:

  • Identified the land area selected for development, whether it was owned by the tribe or individual landowners.
  • Verify the specific land area had been recorded and updated with the Land Title records in New Mexico, if not relay the information to update records to a current status.
  • Work with the survey department identifying the allotments and acreage.
  • Contact the landowners and disseminate their fractional land interest to determine how they would be compensated for the development on their land.
  • Present for approval all contracts or leases involving development to the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community and the tribal Superintendent.
