PRINCIPAL

Jack Koehler, Principal and co-founder of Pimara Paul Koehler, has been practicing structural engineering for over thirty years. Mr. Koehler's experience includes engineering design, project management, value engineering and structural system selection for a variety of projects including water-water treatment facilities, higher educational facilities, hotel/resorts, parking structures and commercial high-rise buildings. Mr. Koehler is in charge of project management and design. His role and responsibilities for the project will include active involvement throughout design and construction document phases, coordination of project personnel, project design, project planning and budget control, quality control/assurance procedures, as well as engineering and drafting accuracy reviews.

    Fort McDowell, Arizona

    77,140 SF Gaming floor, 19,500 SF food & beverage, 41,004 SF Back of house, 1,000 SF retail, Total program 138,644 SF; 400-600 car parking structure. Designed & documented with REVIT software utilizing BIM technology.

    CASINO DEL SOL HOTEL, CONVENTION CENTER, PARKING GARAGE
    Tucson, Arizona

    90,000 SF Casino expansion and convention space with expanded pre-function area and extensive covered walkway; New CIP concrete 10-story hotel tower; 1000 space, 4 level, CIP concrete parking structure; new Convention Center with a covered walkway; BIM used for design of the Convention Center and Hotel.

    DISTRICT 2 – MULTI PURPOSE BUILDING
    Gila River Indian Community, Arizona

    One story, 30,000 SF building; the building will house district administration services, kitchen facilities, elderly center, wellness/fitness facilities and an indoor track.

    4 new buildings (173,843 SF) which house the administration and development services, Council chambers, auditorium, cafeteria, library and day care center.
